Practice Flow — Legal

Terms of Service

Service provider: Marcelo Soares · Practice Flow — Violin Method

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Marcelo Soares, trading as Practice Flow — Violin Method (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or otherwise using the Practice Flow website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or, if acting for an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

Practice Flow provides structured violin education, including the Video Exchange: you submit a link to a short video of your playing and receive personalized feedback from a professional violin educator. Plans include Single Exchange, Double Exchange, Monthly Flow and the Audition Intensive preparation package.

Feedback is educational guidance. It does not guarantee results in auditions, competitions, examinations or performances.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes: using it for unlawful purposes; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property rights; uploading malware or interfering with the security of the service (including probing, scanning or scraping); submitting content you do not have the rights to share; and reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service or any feedback materials.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Plans, payments and subscriptions

Plan features and prices in US dollars are shown on the Pricing page. Single Exchange grants 1 video submission credit, Double Exchange grants 2 credits and Monthly Flow grants 4 credits per billing cycle. Monthly Flow credits renew each cycle and do not roll over. The Audition Intensive includes the sessions and materials described on the Pricing page.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Monthly Flow renews automatically until cancelled.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please see our Refund Policy for details and for how to request a refund through Paddle.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the Practice Flow method materials, software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

You retain ownership of the videos you submit. You grant us a limited license to access and review them solely to provide your feedback. Feedback videos and written summaries are for your personal educational use and may not be published or redistributed.

8. Service availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages such as loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. When access ends, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of California, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
