We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the refund instructions for your order, or contact us at soaresmusicstudio@gmail.com and we will help you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.

Monthly Flow is a subscription and can be cancelled at any time via paddle.net or by contacting us. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and does not renew. Unused submission credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
